TrueWay Homes started as a way to put attainable homes on larger lots in Southwest Florida, and that work continues. Along the way we kept meeting homeowners who needed to sell and had only ever heard one option. So we built the seller side of the company around a simple habit: look at the house, lay out cash, novation, and listing honestly, and let the owner choose.

We buy houses for our own account. We develop land-home packages. We know what a retail buyer pays, what a repair really costs, and what a title problem does to a closing. That range is what lets us give a straight answer.

Ryan W. Tower, Founder and CEO
Ryan has nearly three decades of experience across management, residential and commercial real estate, and acquisitions, including more than 70 residential acquisitions and sales. He also founded Tower Home Buyers, which helps homeowners through complex situations such as inherited homes, distressed properties, and upside-down mortgages.

John Lee, Co-Founder and COO
John grew up in a real estate family and helped manage a portfolio that included shopping centers, industrial space, apartment developments, and more than 100 residential rentals. He later managed sales for a 56-unit townhome development, served as Vice President for Florida's West Coast in a commercial real estate division, and moved to Fort Myers in 2024.

Jennifer Laming, Project Management and Compliance
Jennifer has more than 25 years in real estate, including leasing, multifamily acquisitions, and Section 8 and HUD compliance work with MSHDA. At TrueWay Homes she manages projects from land acquisition to buyer closing and keeps each one on schedule and fully compliant.
