Ryan W. Tower is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur, investor, and operator with nearly three decades of experience spanning management, residential and commercial real estate, acquisitions, and strategic business growth.
Born in Flint, Michigan, Ryan is a graduate of the Michigan State University Business School, where he earned a degree in General Business Administration with double minors in Finance and English. He began his professional career in 1995 while attending MSU, rising quickly through management ranks with a national restaurant franchise.
By 2001, Ryan was serving as a District Manager, where he led operational turnarounds and restored multiple locations to strong profitability—laying the foundation for his disciplined, performance-driven leadership style.
Ryan transitioned into real estate in the mid-2000s and became a full-time investor in 2009. He built and scaled his own investment company with a focus on residential REOs and luxury short sales, completing more than 70 successful residential acquisitions and dispositions. He later expanded into commercial real estate, where he was recruited by Pinnacle Commercial Group as a Project Manager and quickly advanced into senior leadership.
During his tenure, Ryan evaluated and underwrote 500+ commercial acquisition opportunities and held key roles across acquisitions, dispositions, investor relations, marketing, broker relations, R&D, and technology development. In 2010, he was appointed Director of Corporate Dispositions, overseeing firm-wide sales and marketing strategy. He later founded Genesis Commercial Investments, where he successfully negotiated and acquired 25+ commercial assets.
Ryan is also the founder of Tower Home Buyers, where he leads a solutions-based acquisitions team focused on helping homeowners navigate complex situations where traditional real estate sales are not viable. His firm specializes in creative transactions involving distressed properties, inherited homes, upside-down mortgages, landlord transitions, and time-sensitive sales.
Ryan’s most recent and mission-driven venture is TrueWay Homes, based in Fort Myers, Florida. TrueWay Homes is focused on delivering high-quality, affordable land-and-home packages on larger residential lots—bridging the growing gap between rising construction costs and attainable homeownership. By combining efficient land acquisition, manufactured and modular housing solutions, and streamlined development processes, TrueWay Homes provides a practical path to ownership for working families who are priced out of traditional stick-built homes.
Through TrueWay Homes, Ryan is committed to expanding access to safe, attractive, financeable housing—while restoring the promise of homeownership as a realistic and sustainable goal for everyday Americans.
John Lee is a real estate professional, investor, and founder with a lifelong foundation in both commercial and residential real estate. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the industry, John learned early that successful real estate is built on fundamentals—understanding the numbers, managing risk, and executing deals with integrity.
John’s experience spans nearly every layer of the real estate ecosystem. Early in his career, he helped manage a family investment portfolio that included seven shopping centers, franchise outparcels, over 250,000 square feet of industrial space, new construction apartment developments, and more than 100 residential rental properties at its peak. This hands-on exposure shaped his practical understanding of underwriting, asset management, leasing, and deal execution across asset classes.
After relocating to St. Petersburg in 2013 to build his career independently, John immersed himself in the local market—seeking out top producers, learning directly from high-performing agents, and earning responsibility through performance. He managed sales for a 56-unit townhome development and later became a partner in Peach State Properties, a commercial real estate group that has acquired warehouse, retail, and shopping center assets. His career progressed into senior leadership roles within nationally recognized brokerages, ultimately serving as Vice President for Florida’s West Coast in a commercial real estate division.
In 2024, John relocated to Fort Myers, Florida to be closer to family and to raise his children alongside their cousins. He and his family are currently building their home while continuing to expand their real estate footprint across Florida.
Today, John operates and founders multiple real estate companies. He runs an investment firm focused on apartment acquisitions and is actively exploring the use of 3D printing technology in multifamily development. He also founded a company dedicated to developing affordable manufactured homes in rural markets, providing attainable housing options for families who want land, space, and long-term stability.
John is also the founder of The Closing Class, a practical real estate education platform designed for agents and investors who want clarity, structure, and real-world execution. The program distills decades of hands-on experience into a disciplined framework for evaluating deals, managing risk, and confidently guiding transactions from opportunity to closing. In addition, John launched a real estate title company with plans to expand into multiple offices beginning in 2026.
